Choose from three sizes depending on your event, venue and audience. Each package includes an audio mixer and microphone, making it easy to play music, make announcements or deliver speeches through the same system.

Outdoor Event Package

A ready-to-hire speech and announcement package for small events.

Basic Audio Package

The Basic Audio Package uses two compact Bose speaker systems to provide balanced sound without taking over the room.

Standard Audio Package

The Standard Audio Package adds a 15″ subwoofer to the compact Bose system, providing extra bass and greater flexibility across larger or awkwardly shaped spaces.

Pro Audio Package

The Pro Audio Package includes 2 15″ PA speakers and 2 15″ subs for events that need greater volume and more consistent coverage.

Which Event Hire Package Do I Need?

The best package depends on more than the number of guests.

Room shape, ceiling height, background noise, whether the event is indoors or outdoors and how the equipment will be used can all affect the setup you need.

As a general guide:

Choose the Speech and Presentation Package for clear speech at a small indoor event.
Choose the Outdoor Event Package for announcements, speeches and music outside.
Choose the Party Starter Package for a small party needing both sound and lighting.
Choose the Event Pro Package for a more complete and visually impressive event setup.
Choose Audio Basic for compact indoor sound.
Choose Audio Standard for additional coverage and flexibility.
Choose Audio Pro for larger spaces or audiences.

Delivery, Setup & Collection

JET Event Hire can deliver your equipment, position it around the venue, connect and test the system and show you how to use the essential controls.

Collection can then be arranged after the event, so you are not left trying to fit a full PA and lighting rig into the back of your car.

We cover Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Solihull, Birmingham and surrounding parts of the West Midlands. Events farther afield may also be possible depending on the package and date.

Custom Event Packages

Our listed packages are starting points, not rigid bundles.

Equipment can be added or adjusted based on your event. This could include additional speakers, microphones, subwoofers, lighting fixtures, speaker stands, longer cable runs or separate systems for different rooms.

FAQ

Can you deliver and set up the equipment?

Yes. Delivery, setup, testing and collection can be included in your quote. We will make sure the equipment is connected correctly and ready before your event begins.

Can I change the equipment included in a package?

Yes. The packages provide a useful starting point, but equipment can be added, removed or substituted to suit your venue and event requirements.

Can I play music from my phone or laptop?

Yes. Most packages can accept music from a compatible phone, tablet or laptop. Let us know which device you intend to use so we can bring the correct connections.

Do the packages include a DJ?

These are equipment hire packages and do not automatically include a DJ. You can connect your own music source or arrange for a DJ to use the supplied sound and lighting equipment.

Which package is best for a wedding?

That depends on whether you need equipment for the ceremony, speeches, evening reception or all three. Audio Basic may suit a smaller ceremony or reception, while the Party Starter or Event Pro Package will be better suited to an evening celebration with lighting.

Can the packages be used outdoors?

The Outdoor Event Package is specifically intended for outdoor use. Other equipment may also be suitable outdoors when appropriate shelter, ground conditions and power are available. Outdoor setups must be discussed in advance.

How far across the West Midlands do you travel?

JET Event Hire regularly covers Coventry, Warwickshire, Solihull, Birmingham and surrounding areas. Longer-distance bookings may be available depending on the date, package and event requirements.
